Social Services: We offer a variety of social services to people of Haitian descent in Canada. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by Canadians of Haitian descent, we offer targeted social services to foster a sense of belonging and support within their communities. Our initiatives are designed to address the diverse needs of individuals and families, promoting empowerment, resilience, and holistic well-being. These services include counselling, advocacy, and referral services to help individuals and families access the resources they need. We also provide support for seniors and youth, and we organize cultural and educational events to strengthen the Haitian community.

We passionately support students pursuing higher education, recognizing the pivotal role education plays in breaking cycles of poverty and fostering individual empowerment. Believing that knowledge is the cornerstone of progress, we offer scholarships, mentorship programs, and educational resources to help these students succeed. Environment
We take a holistic approach to sustainability by promoting activities that are beneficial to the environment. From advocating for eco-friendly agricultural practices to organizing tree-planting initiatives and waste reduction campaigns, to community clean-up drives, and environmental education programs. We believe that a healthy environment is crucial for the well-being of the community, C.E.H.A.H strives to protect and preserve Haiti's natural resources for future generations. We actively supports farmers and women-led entrepreneurial ventures with the necessary training programs, access to resources, and mentorship, encouraging the development of profitable ventures. C.E.H.A.H believes that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right. We prioritize the health and well-being of Haitians and are dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes in Haiti. Our organization collaborates with local healthcare providers to offer medical services, health, including mental wellness education, and preventative care initiatives, especially to underserved and remote areas within Haiti. Through these initiatives, C.E.H.A.H is helping create a healthier and more resilient Haiti, where individuals can lead fulfilling lives with improved well-being - such efforts reflect our commitment to creating a healthier future for Haiti.
Agriculture
Our work in Haïti include promoting Sustainable Agriculture methods that not only increase yield but also maintain the health of the land for future generations. We advance Farmer Education by conducting regular training sessions and workshops for farmers to improve their skills and knowledge. C.E.H.A.H helps farmers gain Access to Resources such as high-quality seeds, organic fertilizers, modern farming equipment. We encourage Community Engagement and involve the community in our agricultural projects, such as community gardens and initiatives to promote local food consumption.
